A list of winners will be posted online at https://pmcfpayday.ca/pages/winning-numbers beginning on October 7 , 2026 with a complete list available on December 2, 2026. A printed list of winners will be available upon request. Please email paydayforlife@thepmcf.ca.
PRIZE CLAIM
Prizes will be awarded to the individual(s) named on the official ticket. Any written prize correspondence will be addressed to the primary ticketholder. It is the responsibility of the primary ticketholder to allocate the prize if necessary. Prize winners are asked to claim prizes in a timely manner following notification. Any prizes which are not claimed shall be secured for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. Unclaimed prizes will be reported, and a charitable allocation will be approved by the licensing body.
The Grand Prize is a guaranteed cash prize payable to the winner in the form of a term-certain life 20 years annuity, funded through a written contract issued by a licensed Canadian life insurer (Manulife). Upon prize verification, payments shall be governed solely by the terms of the insurer’s contract with the winner.
For licensing and disclosure purposes, the retail value of the annuity prize shall be calculated based on the guaranteed minimum payment period (e.g., monthly payment amount multiplied over the guaranteed term), while the actual cost to purchase the annuity may vary at the time of award based on insurer pricing.
The annuity shall be issued by Manulife, a federally regulated Canadian insurer and a member of Assuris, ensuring protection of annuity payments in accordance with applicable coverage limits. The annuity contract shall be held directly between the insurer and the prize winner, and the winner shall receive confirmation of payment terms from the insurer. The commencement date and timing of payments will be governed solely by the terms of the insurer’s contract with the winner.
The licensee shall secure a Letter of Credit covering the full retail value of all advertised prizes, valid in accordance with AGCO requirements, to guarantee prize fulfillment up to the point the annuity is purchased. Once the annuity contract is issued, no additional financial security is required for the duration of the annuity term.
The annuity shall include a guaranteed payment period. In the event of the winner’s death during this period, remaining payments shall continue to the designated beneficiary or estate of the winner until the guaranteed term expires, after which payments shall cease.
Acceptance of the Grand Prize and entering into the annuity contract with the insurer may have tax implications for the winner. The winner shall be solely responsible for obtaining independent tax advice. The licensee and insurer do not provide any representations or warranties regarding tax treatment.
The winner may elect a lump sum cash alternative in lieu of the annuity. The lump sum amount shall be determined by the insurer based on the present value of the annuity, prevailing interest rates, and applicable costs, and the winner’s election shall be final and binding once accepted in writing by the insurer.
